At Fragtory, we believe in clarity and fairness when it comes to shopping with us. Since fragrances and decants are delicate items, our policies are designed to protect both our customers and product quality.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are handed over to the courier partner.
Once the order has been packed and marked for dispatch, cancellation is no longer possible.
Returns & Claims
Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.
Exceptions apply only if:
The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
An uncut, unedited unboxing video is provided as proof.
Refunds
If a claim is approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable in all cases.
For replacement requests, we will share next steps once the claim is verified.
Important Notes
Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
In rare cases where return shipping is required, the cost is borne by the customer unless the mistake is from our end.
