For damaged or defective products, customers must report the issue to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the item. An unboxing video of the product is mandatory to process claims for damaged or defective items. If the received product differs from what was displayed on the website or does not meet expectations, customers must report the issue within 7 days. Refund Process Refunds approved by Fragtory will be processed within 6-8 business days. The amount will be credited to the customer’s original payment method.
