Shipping
All orders are shipped through registered domestic courier partners and/or Speed Post.
Orders are generally dispatched within 0–4 business days from the date of order and payment confirmation, unless otherwise specified at the time of order.
Delivery timelines are subject to the courier company/postal service norms and may vary based on the delivery location.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products (perfume decants), returns are not accepted once the order has been shipped.
In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, customers must:
Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide an uncut, original unboxing video clearly showing the issue (mandatory for processing claims).
Shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Once approved, refunds or replacements will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Delivery Timelines
We will make every effort to dispatch your order within the promised time.
However, Fragtory is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, postal authorities, or circumstances beyond our control (such as weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen events).
Delivery will be made to the shipping address provided by the buyer during checkout.
