Shipping Process

Courier Partners: We ship with reputable domestic courier services and/or Speed Post to dispatch your orders (e.g., DTDC, Delhivery & Bluedart).
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 0–3 business days from the date of order and payment confirmation, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
Delivery Timeframe: Estimated delivery times are subject to the norms of the chosen courier or postal service and may vary based on the delivery location.
Free Shipping: We provide free shipping on all orders above ₹1999, except for Kerala, North-Eastern states, and Jammu & Kashmir, where an extra charge of ₹59 applies.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products (perfume decants), we do not accept returns once the order has been shipped.

However, if you receive a product that is:

Damaged
Defective
Incorrect

Please ensure you:

Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide an uncut, original unboxing video clearly showing the issue (mandatory for processing claims).

Shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Once your claim is approved, refunds or replacements will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Delivery Timelines

We strive to dispatch your order within the promised time.

However, Fragtory is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, postal authorities, or circumstances beyond our control (such as weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen events).

Delivery will be made to the shipping address provided by the buyer during checkout.

Once your order is shipped, confirmation details and tracking information will be shared via the email address provided at the time of registration/checkout.
